MORE WOMEN IN MUSIC

I am excited to attend GirlsIRate A&R Weekender supporting and encouraging more women in music. The fact that we even need to have a movement for this in 2018 speaks for itself. Women are under-represented in the music industry even though we have the exact same skills as men and I think it's roundabout time we changed that. I love that GirlsIRate are giving us a voice and providing a space for women to showcase their talents. We can only go upwards from here.
